What is MCP

A standard, open plug between your data and your AI

An open standard for letting assistants read real systems. Analytify hosts the server; your GA4 property answers.

  • An open standard — no bespoke integration to build
  • Your data, in place — never exported or mirrored
  • Answers you can trust — every reply names its metric and date range
  • Fully custom reports — mix any metric, dimension, or your own custom GA4 definitions, over any date range, sorted exactly how you want

Connected in under two minutes

Paste one URL, sign in with Google, done. Nothing to install, no keys to manage.

Step 1

Connect

Add the Analytify MCP server URL in your AI client’s connector settings.

~30 sec

Step 2

Approve read access with the Google account that owns your GA4 property.

~1 min

Step 3

Ask

Ask your first question in plain English — answers come back with the date range.

~30 sec

01

Open your client's settings

In your AI client, open its settings — usually from your account menu in the sidebar.

02

Find the connectors panel

Look for Connectors, MCP servers or Integrations in settings. This is where every MCP server your client uses lives.

03

Add and name the connector

Choose to add a custom or remote MCP server, name it Analytify, paste the server URL below, leave Advanced settings empty, and click Add.

https://core.analytify.io/mcp
04

Complete the OAuth prompt

Click Connect, choose the Google account that owns your Analytics property, and approve the read access Analytify asks for. That Google sign-in is the whole setup — there is no plugin to install.

05

Confirm the tools loaded

Your client confirms the connection and lists every Analytify tool, so you can allow, ask-each-time or block them individually. Start asking questions.

Ask the way you’d ask a colleague

Once connected, skip the query builder. These are real prompts that work on day one.

“What were my top 10 pages last week, and how do they compare to the week before?”

“Which traffic source converts best on my pricing page?”

“Draft a monthly client report for acme.com with the three biggest changes.”

“Did the redesign hurt bounce rate on mobile?”

“Which posts lost the most organic traffic this quarter?”

“Show revenue by country for the last 30 days.”
