Your privacy is very important to us. This document defines the privacy policy for analytify.io

Our Company name is Analytify LLC, and we are based in Orange City, Florida.

GDPR

Our Product is Compatible with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law for EU users. Check out this guide on how to automate GDPR compliance if you are using Analytify on your site.

Analytify MCP / AI

When you connect Analytify MCP (core.analytify.io/mcp) to an AI assistant, you authorize Analytify to read data from the Google Analytics 4 property and Search Console site you choose. Analytify uses this data only to answer the questions your AI assistant sends, and returns each answer to that assistant. Your AI assistant provider, for example Anthropic for Claude or OpenAI for ChatGPT, processes those answers under its own terms and privacy policy.
Analytify MCP cannot edit, publish, or delete anything in your Google Analytics or Search Console account.
What we store while you’re connected

Google authorization: an encrypted OAuth refresh token, used to request your Google Analytics 4 and Search Console data when you ask a question.
Account details: your Google account ID, email address, and the GA4 property and Search Console site you choose.
Usage logs (90 days): for each request, the tool used, the time, success or failure (with the error type), the duration, which AI assistant made it, and your email address.
Usage statistics: weekly counts of tool calls and error types, kept while your account exists and used to improve the service. They contain no email address, questions, or report data.
Error logs (90 days): technical details of server errors, including site address and browser or client information.

We do not store the questions you ask your AI assistant or the analytics reports it returns.

When you disconnect
Use the “Remove Analytify’s Google access” tool in your AI assistant, or review access in your Google Account permissions. Once you confirm, Analytify is disconnected from every AI assistant linked to your Google account. Your stored Google authorization is deleted, so we can no longer access your Google Analytics or Search Console data.

After you disconnect

Usage logs and error logs are deleted automatically within 90 days.
Usage statistics and email. To have them erased, contact us at support@analytify.io.

Analytify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media

We don’t include images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). If you found anything on our website, please report it to us on our Contact page.

Contact forms

We use contact forms and store form submissions for customer service. We don’t use that information for marketing purposes and don’t sell it to third parties.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to re-enter your details when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves the same way as if the visitor visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

What information is collected?

a) Information collected by us

This website uses common visitor-tracking tools and methods to collect statistics on website use and its users. In addition, we collect the information that you voluntarily give us via email or by other direct contacts from you, by joining to our newsletter or by ordering products or services from us. Ordering products or services from our website will automatically add your information to our customer system and customer newsletter. If you do not wish to receive any newsletters, you can opt out by following the instructions included in every newsletter email we send. We do not collect any highly sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, Social Security codes, or ID card numbers.

c) Information collected by third parties

This website can use common third-party visitor tracking methods such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Tracking, which means your tracking data is shared with these third parties. Third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from your website and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads to match your interests.

What can I do about the collected information?

If you do not wish your information to be collected by us or our partnering third parties (such as Google Analytics or Facebook), please do not access or use this website. You may also use the AboutAds.info service to opt out of behavioral advertising by participating companies. If you have joined our newsletter by voluntarily giving us your contact details, you can remove yourself from the mailing list by using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email we send. You can also contact us directly and ask us to remove you from our mailing list. If you have ordered products from us but want us to remove your information, such as order history and shipping details, from our system, contact us directly to request removal.

How is the information stored?

We store information only electronically, using industry-standard security methods. This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to further protect the transmitted information.

Who owns the information?

This website is owned and operated by Analytify, and it owns all the collected information. Third parties, such as Google or Facebook, own the information they collect.

Changes to this policy

Although most changes are likely to be minor, we may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, and in our sole discretion. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
