Google Optimize is a powerful tool for doing A/B testing and personalization tests on your website. With the Analytify Google Optimize Addon, you can get even more out of your Google Optimize use if you already use Analytify. Google Optimize addon tracks the results from different Google Ads campaigns and displays within your WordPress dashboard.
This article will show you how to set up the Analytify Google Optimize Addon and get started with it. We will also talk about how to see the results of your Google Optimize tests in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Analyze.
There are a few things you’ll need before we start:
1. A Google Analytics 4 account.
2. A Google Optimize account integrated with a GA4 account.
3. A WordPress website having Analytify and integrated with GA4.
We assume you have already activated Analytify.
Follow the given instructions to enable and integrate Google Optimize
Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Analytify, and click on Addons.
In the Add-ons window, you will see Google Optimize Addon. You just have to activate this addon. Follow the below screenshot:
Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Analytify, and click the Settings Option.
In the settings, move your cursor to the Tracking option, and a drop-down menu will open where you will find the Google Optimize option. Click on Google Optimize.
After clicking on the Google Optimize option, a new window will open, where you have to enter the Google Optimize container ID (The format of the container ID should be OPT-XXXXXXX).
Now, navigate to your Google Optimize account to get the ID. Under the container settings, you can find your container ID. Copy this ID.
Now again, go back to your WordPress site on the Google Optimize Tracking section and add that container ID in the Google Optimize Container ID box.
Next, Enable Google Optimize Async Hide option from No to Yes, then click on the Save Changes button. Follow the below screenshot.
