How to Set Up Meta Pixel Tracking with Analytify — Documentation page title
The Meta Pixel Tracking feature lets you integrate your Facebook (Meta) Pixels without manual coding.
This setup in the Analytify pixels tracking add-on enables you to track visitor behavior and optimize your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns directly from your WordPress site.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to set up Meta pixel tracking using Analytify.
Meta Pixel Tracking (TOC):
Step 1: Find Your Meta Pixel ID
Before connecting to Analytify, you must retrieve your Pixel ID from the Meta Events Manager.
- Log in to Meta Business Suite and select your business account.

- Navigate to Events Manager from the left sidebar and select your Data Source from the Datasets section.

- Locate your Pixel ID (the numeric string shown below the Pixel name). Copy this ID.

Step 2: Enable the Pixels Tracking Addon
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Analytify >> Addons.
- Find Pixels Tracking in the list and click Activate.

Step 3: Configure Meta Tracking in Analytify
- Go to Analytify >> Settings and click the Tracking tab.
- Select Meta (Facebook) from the platform dropdown menu.
- In the Meta (Facebook) Tag ID field, paste the ID you copied from Meta.
- Ensure there are no extra spaces and click Save Changes.

Step 4: Verify Tracking
Once saved, your Meta Pixel will fire automatically for supported events, such as page views. To confirm it is working:
- Visit your website in a new window.
- Go back to Meta Events Manager >> Overview.
- Verify that incoming events are appearing for your specific Dataset.
Final Thoughts
- No Manual Code: Analytify automatically injects the Meta pixel script across your entire site, including support for standard events.
- Verification Tools: Use the “Meta Pixel Helper” Chrome extension to verify that the pixels are firing correctly on the frontend.
