With Analytify Pro, track MailPoet forms as GA4 events, allowing you to monitor email signups and newsletter conversions directly within your WordPress dashboard.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to set up and track MailPoet forms using the Analytify forms tracking add-on, ensuring you can start making data-driven decisions in minutes.
Track MailPoet Forms (TOC):
Prerequisites
- Analytify Pro: Installed and activated.
- GA4 Connection: Authenticated and active under Analytify >> Settings.
- Active Forms: MailPoet installed with at least one form published (via widget, shortcode, or block).
Step 1: Enable MailPoet Form Tracking
- Go to Analytify >> Settings >> Tracking >> Forms.
- Locate MailPoet Forms in the list.
- Toggle the switch to Enabled.
- Click Save Changes.

Step 2: Verify the Tracking
- Open a page with a MailPoet form in an Incognito window.
- Submit a test email address.
- Confirm the success message appears and check Google Analytics >> Realtime or DebugView for the submission event.

Step 3: View Your Reports
Navigate to Analytify >> Dashboard >> Conversions >> Forms Tracking to see:

- Impressions and Submissions: Total views vs. successful signups.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of users who joined your list.
- Abandonment Rate: Data on users who interacted with the form but didn’t finish.
